Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of Trvde, available at Trvde.app (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to trade securities where you live (generally 18 or older, and 19 or older in some jurisdictions) and able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful.

2. The Service

Trvde is a market scanner. It finds stocks with large price drops, scores their potential to bounce, and shows analysis written with the help of artificial intelligence. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or reasons outside our control.

3. Not Financial Advice and Investment Risk

Trvde provides market data, scores, and analysis for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a registered investment advisor or broker, and nothing in the Service is personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Scores, ratings, and labels such as Bounce Candidate describe the output of a model. They are not predictions or guarantees, and past performance does not indicate future results. Stocks that have dropped sharply, especially low-priced and small-company stocks, can be highly volatile and hard to sell, and you may lose some or all of the money you invest.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consider speaking with a qualified, licensed professional before you trade.

4. Your Account

• Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it or resell access to it.
• Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

5. Plans and Limits

Trvde is offered on a free Startup plan and a paid Pro plan. Each plan has limits, such as how many scans and results you can use per day and how many Bounce Candidates are shown per scan. The current limits are described on the Pricing page and in your dashboard. We may change plans, features, and limits from time to time.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Pro plan is billed in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose at checkout, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each period. Applicable taxes may be added.
• If a payment fails, Stripe may try again. If payment cannot be collected, your account may return to the free plan.
• We may change our prices. We will give you notice first, and a new price applies from your next renewal.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your Pro plan at any time using Manage Billing in your dashboard. Unless our Refund and Cancellation Policy says otherwise, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds are handled under that policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service or collect its data, unless we have expressly allowed it;
• Copy, resell, republish, or redistribute scan results, scores, or analysis, or use them to build a competing product or data service;
• Create multiple accounts or otherwise try to get around plan limits;
• Probe, disrupt, or bypass the security or rate limits of the Service, or interfere with other users;
• Reverse engineer the Service or try to extract its source code or scoring methods, except where the law allows it; or
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or breaking securities laws.

9. Market Data and Third-Party Services

Market prices, news, and other data come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Analysis written with the help of AI may contain errors or leave things out. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or output, and you should check information with your broker or another reliable source before you act on it. The Service also relies on third-party services such as Stripe and Google, which are subject to their own terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Trvde, including its software, design, scoring methods, and content, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. While your account is in good standing, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service and its results for your own personal use. Market data supplied by third parties remains the property of those providers.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or put the Service or other users at risk. Parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue after your access ends, such as disclaimers, limits of liability, and payment obligations, will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular investment result.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trvde, its owners and operators, and its service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, trading or investment losses, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were told such losses were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold harmless Trvde and its owners and operators from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date, and for important changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as by email or a notice in your dashboard. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario where Trvde is operated and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that province, except where the law lets you bring a claim where you live.

17. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Trvde about the Service. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms, but we may transfer ours as part of a business change such as a sale or merger.
